I worked with Diamond Designs to get an engagement ring. They were great at every step of the way! They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient through the decision-making process. The price was very competitive, even a little less than some popular sites. The ring was ready early and we are thrilled with it! Thanks for everything!!

my experience here buying my husbands wedding band was awesome and stress free. They are very knowledgeable and answered my many questions and we ended up designing the perfect ring that fit his personality. The variety of styles both classic and modern was great because I could compare everything. Will definitely be going back for all my jewelry.

I had a wonderful experience at my engagement ring consultation appointment with Joe, so I recommended to my now fiancé to go here when he was ready. Once he did, he said the process from start to finish was seamless and that Joe was great to work with. Thank you for your expertise in getting something so special made for us!

One of the best! In 2013, I purchased the engagement ring I would propose with to my now wife. While we lived in CT they provided exceptional services to protect and preserve the integrity of our wedding hardware. When we moved in 2015, they continued to provide amazing service through mail-in repairs and revitalizing our valued pieces. Joe has always greeted us with a jovial disposition and always provides a solution. I appreciated this service so much that when it came to our 10 year anniversary I purchased the second band through them knowing I’d have excellent service. Thank you for all that you do!

When my now husband went engagement ring shopping, I told him he had to go to Diamond Designs! They have so many beautiful options & I'm in love with my ring and how unique it is. Everyone was so very helpful that we even came back & bought our wedding bands. I highly recommend their services!

I had an excellent experience getting a replacement for my jewelry recently. The team at Diamond Designs were friendly, professional, and made the process absolutely stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I left the store with a beautiful new piece that’s just as special as the original. Highly recommend this shop for both the quality of their jewelry and the integrity of their customer service!

Had an amazing experience working with Dee. My wife’s main diamond in her engagement ring was lost and Dee did a great job finding a replacement. We are very happy with the overall experience and the ring is beautiful! Would recommend Dee and Diamond Designs without a doubt.

I am new to the area and gave Diamond Designs a call to see if they could help with a watch adjustment since their location was convenient. They were incredibly gracious and helpful; I was truly impressed because I didn’t come in to make a big ticket purchase, and some places will make you feel very conscious of that. I definitely do have some bigger projects that I need a trusted jeweler for, and I will very happily come back here for help. They will be my go to local jeweler, I’m so glad I stumbled into their store for my watch adjustment!

Dee gave us as much time as we needed to come up with the ring design that was perfect for us. He respected our price parameters and figured out how to provide exactly what we wanted. We can't say enough about the excellent service and our overall satisfaction with the end result. We highly recommend Diamond Designs to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented jeweler.
